Shenzhen High-Tech Zone Pilot plant

            Shenzhen High-tec Zone pilot plant is located in Shenzhen Tigh-tec Biological incubator.this Biological incubator is a professional incubator established by Shenzhen Municipal Government to support intrepreneurial enterprises in bioengineering、genetic engineering、medicine and related industries.

     The pilot plant has a total practical area of 378㎡ with complete bioengineering process lines and supporting facilities.The whole process conforms to the national bioengineering industrialization standards,laboratory is designed in strict accordance with the relevant standards of biological professional laboratories.All kinds of instruments and equipment are used of international fist-class products.It has established perfect biological industrialization standard operation specifications. The practitioners who are responsible for all production rings and laboratory have many years of professional experience and superb professional skills. The pilot plant has four functional areas: (1) fermentation workshop; (2) separation workshop; (3) purification workshop; (4) analysis laboratory.

                                 1. Fermentation workshop

      The fermentation workshop has complete air purification system,its structure、ralted facility and instruments can satisfy needs of large-scale fermentation production、pilot plant and microbiology labortory research and development work.It also has advanced remote control system ,independent cotrol operation room and complete sterile operation room.Equipped with autoclave, super clean table, - 80 ℃ low temperature refrigerator, full temperature control shaker, etc. There are five  fermenters with different specifications.The fermenter volume is 1500,500,300,100,50 liters.

2. Separation Workshop

       The main function of the separation workshop is the post-treatment of the fermented product, which is suitable for high-density yeast fermentation liquid filtration and bacterial fermentation liquid centrifugation. Equipped with large filtration system, different size centrifuges, low temperature refrigerators, etc.

3. Purification Workshop

       The main function of the purification workshop is to purify the fermentation product, and to perform the functions of post-processing, preparation, and product packaging of the purified product. It is equipped with advanced bio-industry purification, purified protein modification and processing, preparation, and packaging of advanced equipment and instruments, imported CO2 supercritical extraction system, molecular distillation instrument, reaction kettle, freeze dryer, multi-functional fluidized bed, Rolling machine, vacuum pump, small plate and frame filter press, ceramic membrane system, constant temperature circulator, air compressor, etc.

4. Analysis Laboratory

     The main function of the analytical laboratory is to analyze and analyze the intermediate products and finished products in the biotechnology sector, to write, organize and archive the experimental records, and also to have small conference room functions.
